Job summary

Bct Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive PMO activities and lead execution of complex technical programs with Engineering and Technology teams.

You will own end-to-end planning, tracking, and governance, manage milestones, blockers, risks, and dependencies, and provide dashboards and executive updates to stakeholders. Immediate joiners preferred, with 6–8 years of TPM experience and IIT/IIM backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 6 - 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management / PMO.
• Strong experience working with Engineering/Technology teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end planning, tracking, and execution of technical programs.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
