Job summary

Mindteck seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise software delivery in Bengaluru. The role requires steering product releases, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving go-to-market readiness while maintaining strong customer alignment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years as a TPM, hands-on SDLC delivery, and strong skills in Jira Cloud and AI-enabled project practices. Excellent communication and strategic thinking are essential, with a focus on timely delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) leading product delivery teams for enterprise commercial software organizations.
• 6+ years hands-on experience delivering enterprise commercial software releases in a dynamic environment.
• MS in Computer Science, MBA or engineering management equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and use Agentic AI in day-to-day work.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional groups.
• Advanced understanding and extensive use of Jira Cloud in software development program management and release management.
• Experience managing projects across the entire SDLC from investigation to market delivery and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Drive content, schedule and overall delivery of the program and set it up for success in the field and customer base for Go-To-Market readiness and New Product Introduction.
• Be single point for delivery decisions and cross-team communication with various functional groups to deliver the program.
• Identify trade-offs and drive necessary discussions to conclusion and accountability for delivery.
• Optimize team processes to improve quality, productivity, and responsiveness to feedback and changing priorities.
• Take ownership of product experience and health metrics.
• Set goals for the program and communicate progress to stakeholders and executives.

Solid knowledge of end-to-end SDLC best practices

Experience in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC, including investigation, design, planning, execution and delivering products to market on schedule, and addressing customer feedback in development.
