Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced technology environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage program lifecycles, drive technical roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high‑impact results. This individual will be responsible for aligning project execution with business goals, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery, and managing communication across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs that span multiple cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to define, build, and roll out technical solutions that meet customer needs.
• Drive the development and execution of technical and product roadmaps.
• Own and define program strategy, goals, milestones, and success metrics.
• Build and evaluate system‑level technical designs in partnership with engineering and architecture teams.
• Establish and manage program scope, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and associated risks.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Implement processes to improve program execution and delivery efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing programs across cross‑functional teams.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, working directly with software engineering teams.
• Strong experience in system‑level technical design and architecture reviews.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing technical and product roadmaps.
• Experience with project management methodologies including risk, schedule, scope, and budget management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience defining KPIs and SLAs to measure performance and report progress to senior leadership.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS technologies and cloud‑native development environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project tracking platforms.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
