Tekion Corp. in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to drive end-to-end execution of mid-to-large-scale technical initiatives.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, and other teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, manage timelines, and mitigate risks. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical fluency, and the ability to lead cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in technical program management
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage software or platform initiatives from concept to delivery
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet or similar platforms

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end execution of technical programs, from planning through delivery, ensuring goals are met on time and within scope
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, milestones, and success criteria
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams, escalating issues as needed
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups for assigned programs
• Maintain program documentation, timelines, dashboards, and stakeholder communications
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements within the TPM function
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and cross-functional alignment within the broader TPM team

Job Introduction:
