We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation and an interest in project/program management within a fast-paced product and engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities -
- 1. Assist in coordinating product and engineering initiatives from planning through execution and release.
- 2. Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- 3.Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items to ensure smooth execution.
- 4.Support project planning activities, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- 5.Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation to keep teams aligned on priorities and deliverables.
- 6.Monitor project progress and proactively highlight potential risks, blockers, or delays.
- 7.Maintain project dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide visibility into project health.
What We're Looking For -
- * 1-3 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Software Development, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- *Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- *Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- *Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualification
- * Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments.
- * Basic understanding of software architecture, APIs, or cloud technologies.
- * Experience working with engineering or product teams during internships or full-time roles.
- * Certifications such as Scrum Fundamentals, Agile Foundations, or PMP/CAPM (preferred but not mandatory).
