Job summary

Augnito India Private Limited seeks a Technical Program Manager to own the deployment of our healthcare AI solution into large hospital networks, from contract signing through go-live and adoption.

You will coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success and Support teams, manage hospital IT and clinical stakeholders, and drive readiness with go/no-go decisions to ensure a successful rollout.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation projects from kick-off through go-live, ensuring milestones are hit and risks are mitigated.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, Support) and manage stakeholders across hospital IT and clinical domains.
• Lead readiness reviews and escalation processes to determine go-live readiness and, when needed, recommend holding a go-live.

About the Role

We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the deployment of Augnito into enterprise hospital environments - from contract signature through go-live, adoption and stable handover.

This is a customer-facing delivery role in a clinical setting, not a back-office project coordination role. You will be the single accountable owner of each implementation: running the plan, holding the dates, managing hospital IT and clinical stakeholders, coordinating our Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success and Support teams, and working alongside EMR/HIS and channel partners who co-deliver with us.

You will have the authority to elevate, to raise change requests when scope moves, and to recommend holding a go-live when readiness criteria are not met. We expect you to use it.

What success looks like in the first 12 months

• Implementations land on the committed go-live date, or the date is re-baselined early and deliberately rather than slipping.
• Clinicians are actively using Augnito 30 and 90 days after go-live - not just provisioned.
• Our implementation playbook, runbooks and readiness checklists are materially better than when you joined, and repeatable across geographies and partners.
