We’re looking for a Customer-Facing Technical Program Manager to be the driving force behind our most strategic, large-scale AI/ML transformations. In this role, you will be the face of Autonomize AI to our executive-level customers, leading complex projects from kickoff to successful launch and expansion. Your ability to combine executive presence with deep technical knowledge will be key to your success, as you navigate large, matrixed enterprises to deliver solutions that drive real business value and ROI.
Lead and own the end-to-end program roadmap for AI/ML implementations, from discovery to deployment.
Act as the day-to-day technical partner to engineering teams—breaking down tasks, clarifying requirements, and ensuring smooth sprint execution.
Run agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and delivery) to meet aggressive go-live timelines (typically 6–8 weeks).
Proactively manage and mitigate risks, dependencies, and budgets in complex, matrixed environments.
Identify opportunities for renewal and expansion by deeply understanding customer needs and business objectives.
Serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison for C-suite and senior IT stakeholders.
Deliver executive-level updates, including program health, risks, and ROI analysis.
Build strong customer relationships through transparent communication, dashboards, and business reviews.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating feedback into actionable insights for product and strategy teams.
Conduct technical deep dives with engineering teams to validate feasibility, unblock challenges, and drive informed decision‑making.
Analyze logs, data flows, and architecture diagrams to support system-level understanding and troubleshooting.
Translate technical capabilities (APIs, data pipelines, AI agents) into clear and actionable implementation plans.
Partner with stakeholders to validate solution architecture and integrations (e.g., FHIR, HL7, cloud‑native ML services).
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA and SOC2 through robust, metrics‑driven QA processes.
Continuously refine delivery frameworks and playbooks to accelerate time‑to‑value and improve execution efficiency.
Develop internal documentation, best practices, and training materials to scale program management methodologies across teams.
Drive process improvements that enhance collaboration, visibility, and handoffs across engineering, product, and customer teams.
