Job summary

Earning Curve Chennai is hiring a Senior Project Manager to own healthcare projects from planning to delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, and drive agile delivery in US healthcare initiatives.

The role requires exceptional communication, risk management, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Customer Success to ensure on-time deployment

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through successful implementation.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, timelines, sprint plans, and execution strategies.
• Manage project scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and hybrid project management methodologies.
