Job summary

Augnito, a clinical voice AI company, seeks a product lead to own a major capability from discovery to adoption in Bengaluru. You will observe hospital usage and translate insights into features for engineering to ship.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in healthcare, a clinical background, strong UX instincts, and superb written communication. Experience with radiology workflows and EMR ecosystems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years total work experience, with meaningful time in healthcare.
• Clinical or healthcare background — practising or former professional.
• Strong instinct for user experience and detail-oriented interaction copy.
• Excellent written communication to convey specs clearly.
• Direct radiology experience (PACS, RIS, workflows).
• Experience with EMR ecosystems (Cerner, Epic, or regional HIS).
• Prior product management experience or building something from zero.

About Augnito

Augnito builds clinical voice AI that gives doctors their time back. Our ambient AI scribe, Omni , listens to the doctor–patient conversation and produces a structured clinical note, codes, and documentation-integrity checks — inside the EMR, in real time. Spectra , our speech recognition and reporting platform for radiology, is used across thousands of reporting workstations. We are deployed at scale in India, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and the UK — including some of the largest hospital groups in each market.

The role

You will own a product area end to end. You will spend time in hospitals watching how our software is actually used, and then translating what you see into features that engineering can ship.

What you'll do

• Own a product line or major capability (e.g. radiology reporting, AI documentation) from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Write clear feature specs: the problem, the user flow, the edge cases, the acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineering, AI/ML, design and clinical teams to ship — and to make prioritisation decisions.
• Work with clinicians and EMR/PACS/RIS partners to scope out integrations and workflows.
• Support enterprise deployments alongside customer success and commercial teams, and feed what you learn back into the product.

What we're looking for

• 3–6 years of total work experience , with meaningful time in healthcare.
• clinical or healthcare background — practising or former physician, radiologist, nurse, or someone who has worked deeply inside healthcare delivery, health-tech, or medical devices
• A deep instinct for user experience. We want someone who notices friction, argues for the simpler flow, and holds a high bar on the details of interaction and copy.
• Strong written communication. Much of this job is writing precisely enough that thirty people build the same thing.
• Direct radiology experience (PACS, RIS, reporting workflows, structured templates).
• Experience with EMR ecosystems — Cerner, Epic, or regional HIS platforms.
• Prior product management experience, or a track record of building something from zero.
