Job Description

We are looking for a team member who is passionate about learning new technology and holding strong computer science background.

Working at our Bangalore/Mumbai development centre, you will exhibit a deep understanding of software design, development, testing and validation, be able to think like a user to define customer experience and have the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the complex healthcare requirement for technical development.
• Motivated to work independently on small to large scale project.
• Provide technical direction for application sub-system, research, design, analysis, testing, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
• Identify automation opportunities and automate manual tasks.
• Analyze performance of .Net applications.
• Deep knowledge in XML, LINQ, multithreading, asynchronous, parallel programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum professional experience of 2 years.
• Strong object‑oriented programming (OOP) design skills, SOLID principles, and knowledge of software design patterns.
• Advanced level in C#, WPF, WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework, Windows Forms, and deployment strategy.
• Proven record of accomplishments from challenging projects using C#, WPF, WCF.
• Extensive experience with large relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL) and writing high‑performing complex queries.
• Strong understanding of client/server architecture, Web Services, Windows Services, RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility in learning new frameworks and tools; passion to work with demanding architects on complex systems.
• Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Microsoft Azure (plus).
• Experience writing MS Test (NUnit) test cases, static code analysis (FxCop), GIT.
• Experience analysing requirements, understanding impact on existing systems, and designing comprehensive solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; strong team player.
• Good understanding of coding best practices and standards.
• Ability to document user stories/use cases, functional specifications, and design clearly.
• Experience with Agile Development Methodology (Scrum).
• Experience in EMR or HIS systems (plus).
• Experience with HL7 interface (plus).
