Job summary

Sidhyati Technology Solutions Private Limited in Pune, India, is hiring to support users of a cybersecurity product for a UK-based client. This is an in-office, full-time role to grow in technical support.

You will perform user support, troubleshoot issues, demo the platform, collect feedback, and manage licenses and accounts as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• A background in coding and development (base skills) that you are keen to build upon.
• A genuine passion for technology and satisfaction from helping users.
• Fast, resourceful self-learner, able to pick up new technology using Google, ChatGPT and YouTube.
• Ability to commute comfortably to the Pune office (in-office role).

Responsibilities

• User Support: provide technical support to users, helping them resolve functional issues and get the most out of the platform.
• Technical Troubleshooting: identify and troubleshoot technical issues, get involved from a development perspective to remediate them, and escalate to the development team when required.
• User Demos: demonstrate the platform and its features so users can use the product effectively.

You will join an enterprise-grade start-up team building a cybersecurity product for a UK-based client. We are looking for the right person rather than a specific background. You will have access to training materials, tools and mentors to grow into a cybersecurity and application support specialist, and your contributions will be visible, impactful and meaningful as the company scales.
