Job summary

Own complex product features end to end as a fully agentic, AI-native engineer, working directly with the CTO and CEO.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can take a difficult problem, make sense of it quickly and deliver a working result. You will investigate unfamiliar systems, challenge assumptions and own important product areas from problem to production. AI coding agents are central to how we build software, and cybersecurity customers depend on what we ship.

What you’ll do

• Own features and engineering initiatives across the full lifecycle: understand the problem, design, build, test, deploy and verify.
• Use AI coding agents to understand unfamiliar codebases, investigate faults and production incidents, and automate repetitive engineering work.
• Review AI-generated and human-written code critically, with impact analysis and regression testing.
• Operate the systems you build, including cloud services, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, alerting and production troubleshooting.
• Become the technical owner of one or more product areas and the engineer others trust for informed decisions.
• Measure whether shipped work achieved its intended result, and share knowledge to strengthen the team.

What we’re looking for

• Around 8–9 years of relevant software engineering experience, with strong commercial experience building and supporting production software.
• Expert-level use of modern AI engineering tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or equivalent), with a demonstrable full agentic stack.
• Strong C# and .NET experience, or comparable backend expertise.
• Experience with cloud-based and distributed systems, plus sound knowledge of databases, APIs, testing and source control.
• Excellent problem-solving and fluid reasoning ability, and a record of owning complex work from problem to production.
• Good judgement about security, maintainability and operational risk, with clear written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Lambda and serverless architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Entity Framework Core and Vue.js.
• Background in cybersecurity products or secure engineering practices.
