• Keen to grow skills in cloud architecture, development, AI tools and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• User support: help users resolve functional issues and make the most of our platform.
• Technical troubleshooting: identify and troubleshoot issues, contribute from a development perspective, escalate to the development team when required.
• User demos: demonstrate the platform and product features so users can use the product effectively.
• Working with Customer Experience: gather feedback, elevate bugs and feature requests to the right team.
• User account admin: add licences, update organisations and carry out other account administration.

Location: Pune, India, office-based (this is not a remote position)

Employment: Full time

This role is based in our Pune office, so you must live in or near Pune. You will be employed through our partner entity in India.

This is initially an app support role, but people usually move on to development, testing or engineering roles afterwards.

What you will own
