Supervity seeks a Technical Product Manager with strong finance domain knowledge to translate business needs into product requirements and drive AI-powered finance solutions. You will coordinate with global teams, handle offshore clients, and define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

The role involves working with Product, Engineering, QA, and implementation teams to ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and support go-lives across time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on knowledge of at least one finance process such as AP, P2P, O2C, R2R or reconciliation.
• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Finance Transformation.
• Proven experience handling offshore or international clients independently.
• Good requirement gathering, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing user stories, functional requirements, workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and software implementation.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with strong finance domain knowledge, product management skills, and experience handling international/offshore clients.

The candidate will work closely with global customers to understand finance processes, gather requirements, define product solutions, and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver AI-powered finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance Domain: Understand finance processes such as Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and financial reconciliation.
• Client Management: Independently handle offshore clients, conduct requirement discussions, product walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings across time zones.
• Product Management: Convert business requirements into product features, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Solution Definition: Identify opportunities to improve finance operations through AI, automation, and technology solutions.
• Project Delivery: Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and implementation teams to deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage client expectations, communicate project updates, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Testing & Implementation: Coordinate UAT, validate business requirements, support go-live, and ensure successful implementation.
• Risk Management: Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and action items until closure.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of at least one finance process, such as AP, P2P, O2C, R2R, or reconciliation.
• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Finance Transformation.
• Proven experience handling offshore or international clients independently.
• Good requirement-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing user stories, functional requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software implementation.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise applications.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI, GenAI, agentic AI, RPA, or workflow automation.
• Exposure to ERP or finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday.
• Experience working with Engineering, QA, and Product teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Business.
• 3-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on finance domain knowledge is mandatory.
• Experience in product management and handling offshore clients is essential.
