Job summary

Jobgether SRL in India is seeking a Product Management leader for Finance ERP software to define vision, strategy, and roadmap across on-prem to cloud, with AI-native capabilities and product-led growth.

You will lead PMs/POs, collaborate with engineering, revenue, operations and executives, and drive cross-functional portfolio initiatives while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• SaaS product management experience in finance software domains (accounting, invoicing, payments or expenses).
• Strong understanding of finance workflows and customer needs in finance software.

Take the lead in shaping the future of finance and ERP software through strategic product leadership and innovation. In this remote role, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of finance solutions, driving modernization and the transition from on-premise products to scalable cloud platforms. You will champion product-led growth across the entire customer lifecycle, improving adoption, monetization, and retention through measurable outcomes. You will also help develop AI-native capabilities and intelligent agentic workflows that deliver tangible business value beyond conventional AI integrations. Working closely with engineering, revenue, operations, and executive stakeholders, you will lead product managers and product owners to turn strategic priorities into successful products. Accountabilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of finance and ERP software solutions.
• Lead the consolidation, modernization, and transformation of existing products from on-premise environments to scalable cloud-based platforms.
• Embed product-led growth throughout the product lifecycle, driving measurable improvements in customer activation, adoption, monetization, and retention.
• Oversee the development and commercialization of AI-native product capabilities and agentic workflows that address real customer needs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Guide the integration of intelligent automation and AI-driven capabilities into finance software products, ensuring practical value beyond basic large language model implementations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and product owners, fostering accountability, collaboration, and strong product execution.
• Translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical requirements into clear product decisions in collaboration with engineering, revenue, operations, and executive leadership.
• Drive platform strategy and coordinate complex product portfolio initiatives, including cloud transformation and post-merger integration.
• Align product priorities with broader business goals and communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and investors.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SaaS product management, ideally within finance software domains such as accounting, procurement, invoicing, payments, or expense management.
• Strong understanding of finance workflows, customer needs, and the operational challenges faced by businesses using financial software.
• Experience developing and scaling AI-powered products or AI-native capabilities, from problem definition and product discovery through implementation and commercialization.
• Understanding of reliable AI agent integration, intelligent automation, and the practical application of emerging AI technologies in business software.
• Demonstrated success implementing product-led growth strategies in a SaaS environment, with measurable improvements in activation, adoption, monetization, or retention.
• Proven experience leading larger product management teams and developing product managers and product owners.
• Experience defining platform strategies, managing cloud transformations, and overseeing post-merger integrations across complex product portfolios.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence C-level executives and investors.
• Business‑level fluency in English and the ability to communicate complex product strategies clearly across technical and commercial teams.
