Job summary

Mount Talent Consulting Pvt Ltd. is seeking a senior finance technology leader to drive finance process transformation initiatives using AI use case identification and design exposure across OTC, PTP, and RTR processes.

You will architect AI-enabled finance solutions, collaborate with data science and engineering teams, and ensure compliance with SOX/IFRS/GAAP controls; experience with Celonis, Signavio, and BI tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance Process Transformation expertise with AI use case identification & design exposure in OTC / PTP / RTR (incl. FA).
• Agentic AI design & delivery: hands-on designing and deploying agentic / GenAI-powered solutions with FDEs & AI/data experts.
• Finance AI solution architecting: translate requirements into specs for dev teams; bridge Finance SMEs and technical developers.
• AI fluency: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain / AutoGen; evaluate model outputs for finance use cases.
• Automation & integration design exposure with value-case development experience.
• Ability to use low-code / no-code platforms in design/development phases of Finance AI programs.
• Understanding of API middleware frameworks/architectures (MuleSoft / Azure).
• Tower-level finance expertise: 2+ towers preferred (OTC, PTP, RTR).

Responsibilities

• Drive Finance Process Transformation initiatives with AI use case identification & design exposure.
• Hands-on designing and delivering agentic / GenAI-powered finance solutions; collaborate with FDEs and AI experts.
• Translate finance requirements into specs for dev/engineering teams; bridge finance SMEs and technical staff.
• Evaluate AI model outputs for finance use cases and ensure governance and controls.
• Design automation and integration strategies with clear value cases and ROI.
• Leverage low-code/no-code platforms in the finance AI program lifecycle.

• SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Finance module knowledge
