Accenture is seeking a Manager - Process Excellence in Finance to drive AI-enabled finance process transformation across OTC, PTP, and RTR. You will design and deliver agentic/GenAI-powered solutions, act as a bridge between Finance SMEs and tech teams, and lead automation initiatives.

The role requires strong expertise in finance process transformation, experience with AI use cases, and familiarity with enabling tech tools and governance. A strategic, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Finance process transformation experience with AI use case identification and design exposure.
• Experience in OTC / PTP / RTR (incl. FA).

Responsabilités

• Strong Finance Process Transformation expertise with AI use case identification & design exposure in OTC / PTP / RTR (incl. FA).
• Agentic AI design & delivery: hands-on designing and deploying agentic / GenAI-powered solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Finance AI Solution Architecting: translate Finance requirements into specs for dev/engineering teams; bridge Finance SMEs and technical developers.
• AI Fluency: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain / AutoGen; evaluate AI model outputs for Finance use cases.
• Automation & Integration design exposure with value case development experience.
• Ability to use Low-Code / No-Code platforms in design/development phases of Finance AI programs.
• Understanding of API middleware frameworks: MuleSoft / Azure Integration Services.
• Tower-level Finance expertise: 2+ towers preferred (OTC, PTP, RTR).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong Finance Process Transformation expertise with AI use case identification & design exposure in OTC / PTP / RTR (incl. FA)
• Agentic AI Design & Delivery: Hands-on designing and deploying agentic / GenAI-powered solutions; experience working in design/development teams/pods with other FDEs and AI/Data experts
