Job summary

Mobilab in Noida is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement of PCB, PCBA, electronic and mechanical components, with emphasis on cost, lead times and supplier development.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Production & QC to ensure quality and on-time material availability, leveraging ISO 9001/13485 and CAPA knowledge where applicable. Immediate joiner / 15 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement experience in Electronics/Medical Devices/IVD/Instrumentation manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of electronic components with hands-on vendor development and supplier management experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 13485, CAPA and supplier quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement of PCB, PCBA, electronic, electrical and mechanical components; manage cost and lead times.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production & QC for quality, specifications and timely material availability.

• Manage domestic & international sourcing, vendor development, negotiation, cost and lead times.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production & QC for quality, specifications and timely material availability.

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of procurement experience in Electronics / Medical Devices / IVD / Instrumentation manufacturing.

Import Expertise
