Iris Software in Noida is seeking a Technical PM - Manager to drive business analysis in Capital Markets and Finance domains. The role requires coordination with stakeholders, FRD creation, and ownership of user stories within an Agile delivery model.

The candidate should excel at requirements grooming, UAT support, and effective communication with senior leadership. Measurable outcomes include risk, portfolio, and delivery management across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets and Finance.
• Experience in Model Risk and Operational Risk areas.
• Agile model experience with SM responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and groom requirements.
• Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and other supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain user stories with clearly defined functional acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate and assist users during UAT phases.
• Act as liaison between business and development teams to provide clarifications and resolve requirement-related queries.
• Interact effectively with senior stakeholders and communicate project updates or blockers in a timely manner.
• Should be able to work as SM in Agile model.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets and Finance domains.
• Experience in Model Risk and Operational Risk areas.
• Experience in working in Agile model and should be able to take up the role of SM as well.
• Certifications (Preferred): IIBA - Certified Business Analysis Professional

Technical Methodology Skills

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Good knowledge of SQL ability to write complex queries and analyze data from DB tables.
