• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets and Finance domains.
• Experience in Model Risk and Operational Risk areas.
• Experience in working in Agile model and should be able to take up the role of SM as well.
• Technical Methodology Skills: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Good knowledge of SQL; ability to write complex queries and analyze data from DB tables.

• Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and other supporting documentation.
