Qualifications

• Good team-building, team-handling, and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand technical issues and machinery-related problems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers & technicians.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in Hindi and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify technical discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical operations and monitoring team.
• Monitor the operational status and performance of machinery and equipment across locations.
• Review and verify daily technical and operational reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, supervisors, and site teams regarding machinery-related issues.
• Track equipment breakdowns, maintenance activities, pending issues, and resolution status.
• Identify critical technical issues and ensure timely escalation and follow-up.
• Analyze machinery performance and identify recurring operational or maintenance issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of equipment status, breakdowns, maintenance, and operational activities.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly technical MIS reports.
• Guide team members in data collection, report preparation, and technical monitoring.
• Allocate responsibilities to team members and monitor their performance.
• Maintain effective communication between the technical team, operations team, and management.
• Support management with accurate technical information and operational reports.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned monitoring, reporting, and coordination activities.
