Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a technically adept professional to handle Technical Operations, Software Engineering, and Agile delivery within a blended role. You will manage Tier 2 production incidents, perform RCA, and drive improvements while contributing to frontend development using JavaScript/React and integrating REST APIs.

Strong scripting, CI/CD, and DevOps mindset are required to ensure reliable deployments and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Tier 2 production incidents with a focus on timely resolution and minimal business impact.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor application performance, identify issues proactively, and drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain applications using JavaScript/React.
• Build and consume REST APIs.
• Write scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Work with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Contribute to code reviews and follow best engineering practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Role & responsibilities

1. Technical Operations & Application Support (50%)

• Manage and resolve Tier 2 production incidents with a focus on timely resolution and minimal business impact
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures

2. Software Engineering & Automation (35%)

• Develop and maintain applications using JavaScript/React

3. Agile Delivery & Coordination (15%)

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in application support, incident management, and troubleshooting

• Ability to balance operations and development responsibilities effectively
