Qualifications

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled ReactJS Application Support Engineer to provide 24/5 production support for business-critical web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ensuring high application availability while collaborating with development, infrastructure, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/5 application support for ReactJS-based web applications.
• Monitor application health, system alerts, and production incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues within defined SLAs.
• Perform incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
• Analyze application logs and identify root causes of production issues.
• Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and code deployments.
• Support production releases and perform post-deployment validation.
• Work with APIs, integrations, and backend teams to resolve functional issues.
• Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call rotations and shift schedules as required.
• Track and report incidents, service requests, and support metrics.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Application Support and ReactJS environments.
• Strong understanding of ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience troubleshooting frontend application issues.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Understanding of browser debugging tools and performance analysis.
