Role & responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers working on Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and React.js applications.


• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.


• Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.


• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and industry best practices.


• Identify and address technical debt while guiding the team through complex problem-solving.


• Monitor and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.


• Provide technical guidance during the project lifecycle and support in critical production issues.


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development with Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.


• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Database management (SQL).


• Experience with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.


• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.


• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).


• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and frontend testing tools.


• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.


• Familiarity with performance tuning and application monitoring tools.
