Remote Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Operations Associate to join our India team.

The role is based in Porvorim, Goa, on-site, with a UK GMT night shift. You will work with data, operations, and finance to drive accurate reporting and seamless processes. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, charts), and a solid understanding of accounting basics.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Finance, or Accounts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, Charts, and Data Analysis).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
