Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation.
• Prepare MTTR and MTBF for essential machines.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and take corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Prepare and update ISO documents related to IMS, EMS, QMS, and OHSMS.
• Install, commission, and test new equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments and external suppliers for timely maintenance and cost control.
