Job summary

Perceptyne is seeking a Technical Marketing professional to translate our robotics technology into compelling narratives, customer-facing content, and go-to-market strategies. You will partner with engineering and product teams; develop positioning, messaging, and demos for industry events; and perform market research to shape strategy.

About Perceptyne

Perceptyne is a deep-tech robotics startup building AI-powered semi-humanoid robots for automating dexterous and intelligent tasks on industrial shopfloors. We are looking for a Technical Marketing professional to translate our semi-humanoid robotics technology into compelling product narratives, customer-facing content, and go-to-market strategies.

Day-to-day activities include:

• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to understand new capabilities & their benefits


• Developing product positioning and messaging


• Creating technical content and presentations


• Preparing compelling demos for industry events & tradeshows


• Tracking industry trends, researching markets and competitors


• Creating & driving company s brand guidelines


• Working with leadership and business development teams to translate technology into compelling customer and business narratives.

Experience & Education Requirements

• 4 - 8 years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, technical sales, solutions engineering, product management, or related roles.


• Experience in robotics, AI/ML, industrial automation, autonomous systems is preferred.


• Experience working with complex hardware + software products / deeptech is preferred.


• Experience in product positioning, GTM, technical content, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement is preferred.


• B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, AI/ML, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics & Automation, or a related discipline.


• MBA in Marketing, with a specialization or experience in technology/product marketing or social media and digital marketing, is a plus.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Strong capabilities in technical storytelling, product positioning, messaging, and content development (written & video content).


• Tool skills (good to have)

Video editing tools like: Clipchamp / Filmora / DaVinci Resolve

Image editing tools like: Adobe Photoshop / GIMP / Canva

3D Graphics & Sim tools like: Blender / Unity / Unreal / IsaacSim

• Strong quantitative aptitude, market research & competitive analysis skills.


• Ability to create product decks, whitepapers, technical articles, case studies, and sales collaterals.

Soft-Skill Requirements

• Passionate about robotics, AI, deep-tech, and communicating complex technology.


• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into lucid presentations and clear customer value propositions.


• Structured, perfectionist, and detail-oriented on any external facing content, be it presentations, brochures, videos, social media posts, website etc.


• Strong ownership and accountability for end-to-end marketing initiatives.


• Resourceful and creative with a strong sense of urgency.
