Job summary

Keystone Laboratories Llp in Pune District, Maharashtra, seeks a Civil Engineering professional to lead NABL accreditation and maintain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 compliance. You will manage internal audits, documentation, test method development and training of staff.

The role requires hands-on experience with concrete, soil and NDT testing, calibration, and strong team leadership to ensure accuracy and quality of test reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with NABL accreditation (initial or renewal) for a lab.
• Internal Auditor training/certification in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 preferred.
• Strong documentation, communication and team-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead NABL accreditation process end to end: documentation, application, assessment and closure of non-conformities.
• Prepare and maintain Quality Manual, SOPs, test methods, formats and records per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and Management Review Meetings.
• Handle equipment calibration, measurement uncertainty, method validation, and PT/ILC participation.
• Oversee calibration and testing of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Conduct concrete, soil, and NDT tests with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Supervise testing staff, review and authorise test reports.
• Train lab personnel on test procedures and quality systems.
• Coordinate with NABL assessors and clients on technical matters.

• Internal Auditor training/certification in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (preferred).
