Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chemist (Male/Female) with hands-on experience working in a NABL-accredited laboratory. The primary objective of this role is to spearhead and manage the end-to-end process of obtaining NABL certification for our in-house testing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• NABL Certification Lead: Take complete ownership of preparing the laboratory for NABL accreditation as per ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Documentation & Compliance: Draft, implement, and maintain the Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and strict calibration records required for compliance.
• Internal Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Equipment Management: Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of all laboratory analytical instruments.
• Quality Testing: Assist with routine chemical testing and formulation analysis when required, ensuring all test results meet stringent quality control parameters.
• Liaisoning: Act as the primary point of contact with external NABL assessors and regulatory bodies during the application and audit phases.

Required Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
• Experience: Proven, practical experience working in a NABL-accredited chemical testing laboratory is mandatory.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines and the NABL audit process.
