EnerTech UPS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Manager - Mechanical Design & Engineering to lead mechanical design across our product portfolio, including UPS systems, Solar Hybrid Inverters, Battery Chargers, and other power electronics solutions.

The role requires hands-on design leadership with emphasis on robust, cost-effective, and production-ready solutions, and close collaboration with R&D, Electrical, Production, Quality, and Service teams.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Additional certifications in mechanical design will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mechanical design and product development activities.
• Design enclosures and ensure optimal thermal and mechanical performance.
• Develop prototypes, conduct testing, and support product validation.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Electrical, Production, Quality, and Service teams.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable, reliable, and cost-efficient.
• Drive continuous improvement in product design and engineering processes.

Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager - Mechanical Design & Engineering to lead mechanical design and development activities across our product portfolio, including UPS systems, Solar Hybrid Inverters, Battery Chargers, Static Frequency Converters, and other power electronics solutions.

This role requires a strong technical leader with hands-on experience in mechanical product design, capable of delivering robust, cost-effective, and production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mechanical design and product development activities
• Design enclosures and ensure optimal thermal and mechanical performance
• Develop prototypes, conduct testing, and support product validation
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Electrical, Production, Quality, and Service teams
• Ensure designs are manufacturable, reliable, and cost-efficient
• Drive continuous improvement in product design and engineering processes

Required Skills

• Mandatory: Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6

Preferred

• AutoCAD

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute
• Additional certifications in mechanical design will be an advantage

Experience

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and product development
• Prior experience in power electronics, UPS, inverters, battery chargers, rectifiers, or industrial equipment manufacturing preferred
• Strong focus on practical design and development, not just drafting/documentation
