Job summary

ASTIKA Software Technologies Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Manager/Engineer- Power Electronics with 10-12 years of experience to lead UPS and battery systems projects from start to handover. You will coordinate with CAD teams, review vendor specs, and ensure adherence to client requirements.

The role involves preparing GA/SLD, schematics, project schedules and technical documents, and managing customer interactions, inspections and deliveries with a focus on quality and timely

Qualifications

• Experience in handling projects from scratch to handover, with customer feedback.
• Review customer PO/contract and provide feedback to clients.
• Review customer technical specs and documents for alignment.
• Prepare GA, SLD, and schematic diagrams with CAD team.
• Create project schedules, documents lists and monthly progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Freeze manufacturing specifications based on client/order specs.
• Review preliminary drawings and provide feedback to factory engineering.
• Coordinate with customers for drawings approvals, inspections, and shipping releases.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on orders and deliveries.
• Develop and finalize technical documents like data sheets and O&M manuals.

PROFILE : SENIOR MANAGER/ENGINEER- POWER ELECTRONICS

Experience

10-12 Years of experience with Highly knowledge of power electronics like Industrial AC UPS and DC UPS, Battery Chargers, DC-DC converters, Industrial batteries like Ni-CD, Lead Acid etc.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech (E.E.E.)

Technical Skills For Both Positions

• Independently Handling the Projects from scratch level to ending Stage. (Till handover to the Customer.)
• Review of customer purchase order/ conrtact from client and sending feedback .
• Review of customer technical specification and documents
• Preparation of GA, SLD, Schematic diagrams with the help of CAD team
• Preparation of project schedules, documents list, project monthly progress reports for customer submission.
• Freezing manufacturing specifications for the factory based on client/order specifications.
• Review of preliminary drawings prior to submission to the client. Revising the drawings if necessary and providing feed back to factory engineering .
• Addressing comments on drawings and follow up to obtain category “A” approval from clients.
• Preparation and finalazition of technical documents like data sheet, sizing calculations, O&M manuals etc.
• Coordination with customer for drawing approvals, inspections, meeting, shipping release and deliveries.
• Coordination with factory and other subsidiaries for technical matters
• Coordination with engineering, logistics.
• Customization of QM, ITP, erection & commissioning manuals and other documetns as per customer requirements
• Participation in technical discussions with Sales/Engineering and/or customers
• Coordination with suppliers for order confirmation, deliveries, shipping matters, and factory.
