Job summary

Manas Group in Lucknow is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead technical planning and execution of large-scale residential, commercial, and township projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech or B.E. preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineering teams.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Optimize designs for cost efficiency, quality and sustainability.
• Review technical specifications, drawing and BOQs (Bills of Quantities).

• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
• Implement construction methodologies that improve productivity and reduce risks.
• Establish and enforce quality control procedures.
• Conduct technical audits and site inspections.
• Address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
• Review vendor quotations, contracts, and variation orders.
