TechnoMile is seeking a Technical Lead, Power Platform to join our Client Delivery team in Pune. You will lead design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions—Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse—for enterprise clients, guiding a team of developers and engaging with customers throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience with Power Platform in development or consulting.
• Strong expertise building canvas/model-driven apps and integrations using C# and JavaScript.
• Experience with KingswaySoft SSIS Toolkit for Dataverse/Dynamics 365.
• Experience with REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.

About the Role

TechnoMile is seeking a Technical Lead, Power Platform to join our Client Delivery team. In this role, you'll lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions — including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse — that support business transformation initiatives for our customers. You'll serve as a technical lead on delivery engagements, guiding a team of developers, setting technical direction, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. This position is heavily focused on solution delivery, implementation, integrations, and technical leadership rather than day-to-day support activities.

About the Team

Our Client Delivery team leads the design, implementation, and delivery of Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients. Together, we are responsible for translating complex customer business requirements into scalable, high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions, partnering closely with project managers, solution architects, and consultants across the full implementation lifecycle.

What You'll Work On

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for enterprise clients.

• Own technical architecture decisions for Power Platform engagements, including Dataverse data models, security models, and solution structuring.

• Configure and customize canvas and model-driven apps, Dataverse entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and security models.

• Develop custom connectors, plugins, and extensions using C#, JavaScript, Power FX, Power Automate, and Azure services.

• Lead and review data migration and ETL solutions using the KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit and related technologies.

• Partner with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and provide technical leadership during solution design workshops and discovery sessions.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers on implementation best practices, coding standards, and Power Platform architecture.

• Lead development of integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other middleware technologies.

• Oversee development of Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support client reporting needs.

• Conduct code reviews, drive testing and debugging standards, and oversee deployment activities across implementation projects.

• Drive application lifecycle management (ALM), CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, drive innovation, and deliver high‑quality work across your area of expertise.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) in development, implementation, or consulting role, including experience leading technical workstreams or mentoring developers.

• Technical depth: Strong experience developing canvas/model-driven apps, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and JavaScript, with deep knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, custom connectors, and Power FX.

• Data & integration expertise: Hands‑on experience with the KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit for Dataverse/Dynamics 365, and experience integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.

• Architecture & delivery: Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security models, and solution management, with experience in source control, ALM processes, and deployment automation tools such as Azure DevOps.

• Leadership & communication: Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions with customers, guide junior developers, and take ownership of solution quality on a project, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• AI fluency: Hands‑on experience using generative AI and automation tools to boost productivity, and sound judgment on when to lean on AI versus human insight.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.

• Experience with Azure services including Application Insights, Functions, and API Management.

• Familiarity with Power Platform CLI, XrmToolBox, and DevOps pipelines.

• Experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling for reporting and analytics.

• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, including leading Agile ceremonies or sprint planning for a development team.

• Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, or enterprise data migration projects.

• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O) as it relates to Power Platform extensibility.
