Job summary

TechnoMile in India is seeking a Power Platform Developer who combines strong software engineering with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise.

You will design and build enterprise solutions, implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps, write unit tests, perform code reviews, and collaborate with consultants to translate requirements into scalable, well-architected apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on development experience focusing on Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
• Strong programming and software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend Power Apps and Power Automate flows; write code when needed.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Manage deployments through Azure DevOps with source control and CI/CD.
• Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to uphold standards.

We're hiring a Power Platform Developer who is, first and foremost, a strong software engineer. You'll design and build enterprise solutions on the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem — bringing the same engineering rigor to Dynamics extensions that you'd bring to any production codebase. Clean code, sound architecture, and maintainability come first.

WhatYou’ll Do

• Build and extend Power Apps and Power Automate flows where appropriate —and write code when needed.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Manage deployments through Azure DevOps with proper source control and CI/CD practices.
• Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering standards.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and troubleshoot production issues.
• Should have an understanding of MS Dynamics deployments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on development experience, with significant time on Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.

Must have skills:

• Programming
• Solid grasp of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and unit testing.
• Git source control with disciplined branching workflows.
• Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
• Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development: plugins, custom tables, forms, business rules, and security model .
• Client-side scripting for form customizations.
• Power Automate cloud flows and Model-Driven App development.
• Integration & DevOps
• Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
• REST API integrations between Dynamics and external systems.

Nice to have

• Azure services: Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio and Canvas App development.
• Experience with KingswaySoft or other ETL tooling for Dynamics.
