Job summary

Power Tech Consulting is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions for Australian clients from Bengaluru. The role requires hands-on development, ownership of delivery, and guiding junior developers when needed.

You will work directly with client stakeholders, ensure solutions meet requirements, and stay hands-on with delivery while coordinating with India and Australia teams. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development.
• End-to-end project delivery experience you can discuss in interview.
• Proven ability to manage projects with minimal supervision and deliver on time and budget.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence working directly with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Work directly with Australian clients, remotely, to gather requirements, run workshops and demos.
• Manage projects with minimal supervision, plan, estimate, track progress, and flag risks early.
• Deliver on time and within budget, manage scope, and obtain client sign-off on changes.

Aboutthe Role

Our Australian clients increasinglyrely on Microsoft Power Platform to modernise their processes. As PowerPlatform Developer, you'll take projects from requirements through to go-liveand support, working directly with client stakeholders in Australia. You'll betrusted to run your own work, keep delivery on time and within budget, andrepresent Power Tech with clients. You'll stay hands-on, and lead a small teamof junior developers when a project you're assigned needs additional support.

KeyResponsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end businesssolutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate,Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Work directly with Australian clients,remotely, to gather requirements, run workshops and demos, and turn businessneeds into clear technical solutions.
• Manage your projects with minimalsupervision, including planning, estimating, tracking progress, and flaggingrisks and issues early.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget,managing scope and agreeing changes with the client before work proceeds.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions withMicrosoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-partysystems using standard and custom connectors and APIs.
• Apply sound solution design, includingsecurity roles, environment strategy, ALM, and solution deployment acrossdevelopment, test, and production.
• Write clear technical and user documentation,and hand over solutions that clients can support and extend.
• Provide post-go-live support andenhancements, resolving issues promptly and keeping clients informed.
• Work closely with our team in India andAustralia, sharing knowledge, reviewing peers' work, and supporting colleagueswhen deadlines are tight.
• Keep regular working hours with dependableoverlap with Australian business hours, and be punctual for client meetings andcommitments.

Must-HaveSkills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platformdevelopment, covering Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• A track record of delivering completeprojects end to end, from requirements through to go-live and support, that youcan walk us through at interview.
• Proven ability to manage your own projectswith minimal supervision and deliver on time and within budget.
• Excellent spoken and written English, withconfidence working directly and remotely with international clients.
• Experience integrating Power Platform withMicrosoft 365, SharePoint, and external systems through connectors and APIs.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform ALM,environment management, and security.
• A reliable, honest, and hardworking approach,and a good team player who communicates openly about progress and problems.

DesirableSkills

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400(Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect), orPL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant).
• Power BI report and data model development.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure LogicApps, or Copilot Studio.
• JavaScript, TypeScript, or PCF controldevelopment for advanced customisation.
• Previous experience in a consulting orprofessional-services setting with Australian or international clients.

Education

A bachelor's degree in computerscience, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalentexperience.
