TechnoMile is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer to join our Client Delivery team in a senior, hands-on role. You will design, develop and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) for enterprise clients and guide a team of developers through complex implementations.

You will own technical direction, review architecture, and translate customer requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions while collaborating with project managers and solution

Job description

TechnoMile is see king a Lead Power Platform Developer to join our Client Delivery team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions — including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse — that support business transformation initiatives for our customers. You will serve as a technical lead on delivery engagements, guiding a team of developers, setting technical direction, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

This position is heavily focused on solution delivery, implementation, integrations, and technical leadership rather than day-to-day support activities.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI with strong leadership skills — the ability to mentor developers, review architecture and code, and translate complex customer business requirements into scalable, high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions. You will collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, consultants, and client stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers on your project teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for enterprise clients.
• Own technical architecture decisions for Power Platform engagements, including Dataverse data models, security models, and solution structuring.
• Configure and customize canvas and model-driven apps, Dataverse entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and security models.
• Lead and review data migration and ETL solutions using the KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit and related technologies.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and provide technical leadership during solution design workshops and discovery sessions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers on implementation best practices, coding standards, and Power Platform architecture.
• Lead development of integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other middleware technologies.
• Oversee development of Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support client reporting needs.
• Conduct code reviews, drive testing and debugging standards, and oversee deployment activities across implementation projects.
• Own technical documentation, deployment guides, and best practices for solution delivery across the team.
• Drive application lifecycle management (ALM), CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.
• Stay current on Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and related technologies, and champion adoption of new capabilities across the delivery team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) in a development, implementation, or consulting role, including experience leading technical workstreams or mentoring developers.
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform technologies including Power Automate, Power Apps, custom connectors, and Power FX.
• Hands-on experience with the KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit for Dataverse/Dynamics 365, including building ETL and migration packages.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security models, and solution management.
• Experience with source control, ALM processes, and deployment automation tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions with customers, guide junior developers, and take ownership of solution quality on a project.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work directly with customers in a project-based environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
• Experience with Azure services including Application Insights, Functions, and API Management.
• Familiarity with Power Platform CLI, XrmToolBox , and DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling for reporting and analytics.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, including leading Agile ceremonies or sprint planning for a development team.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, or enterprise data migration projects.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O) as it relates to Power Platform extensibility.
