Persistent Systems Limited in Pune is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

You will lead development efforts, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure security and governance, and drive digital transformation initiatives while mentoring junior developers.

The role offers a hybrid work setup in Pune with a focus on cutting-edge Microsoft technology and continuous learning.

Formación

• 8–12 years of application development and enterprise solution delivery.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies and will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise‑grade business solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and hands‑on development experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft ecosystem technologies. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives by building scalable low‑code solutions, automating business processes, and ensuring successful delivery of client‑focused applications.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Develop Power Apps solutions using both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Design and implement business process automation using Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• Build and maintain Dataverse-based solutions and data models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and project teams to gather and understand business requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Develop integrations with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Azure services, databases, and third‑party applications.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution planning activities.
• Ensure solutions align with client objectives, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Lead development efforts and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Perform application testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization.
• Support deployment, release management, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) activities.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Power Platform solutions.
• Drive adoption of Power Platform best practices, development standards, and governance frameworks.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with emerging Power Platform capabilities and industry best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in application development and enterprise solution delivery.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform architecture and solution development.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Power Apps including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Strong experience in Power Automate Cloud Flows and workflow automation.
• Experience working with Dataverse, business rules, security models, and data management.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture concepts.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable low‑code solutions.
• Experience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience working within Life Sciences or regulated industry environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.
