Job summary

WalkingTree Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Power Platform) to drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise Power Platform solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with business stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflow automation solutions that streamline business processes.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third‑party applications.
• Develop reusable components, governance standards, and best practices for Power Platform development.
• Ensure solution performance, scalability, security, and compliance with Microsoft best practices.
• Estimate project effort, plan technical deliveries, and manage development milestones.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support when required.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
• Work closely with project managers, solution architects, QA teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (Power Platform) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365, along with experience leading development teams and engaging with business stakeholders.

You will work closely with clients, architects, and cross‑functional teams to build scalable business applications, automate workflows, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps).
• Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows and business process automation.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, REST APIs, and third‑party systems.
• Knowledge of Power Pages and Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, licensing, and environment management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, and custom connectors is preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
