Job summary

Sandhata Technologies is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive Microsoft Power Platform solutions across client engagements. You will define architectures, establish governance, and mentor teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key focus areas include Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure integrations, along with DevOps/ALM practices and security considerations.

Qualifications

• 812+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven enterprise solution architecture experience with Azure integration services and Power Platform DevOps/ALM.
• Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and managing client-facing engagements.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services, SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven & Power Pages), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Lead client discovery workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Define technical roadmaps and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish Power Platform governance, including CoE Starter Kit, ALM, security, and best practices.
• Design integrations between Power Platform and Azure services, Dataverse, SharePoint, and REST APIs.
• Lead technical delivery across multiple projects, including effort estimation, code reviews, and mentoring development teams.

Role Overview

As a Lead Consultant, you will serve as the technical authority for Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You will lead client engagements, define solution architecture, establish governance frameworks, and mentor project teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven & Power Pages), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Lead client discovery workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Define technical roadmaps and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish Power Platform governance, including Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), security, and best practices.
• Design integrations between Power Platform and Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SQL), Dataverse, SharePoint, and REST APIs.
• Lead technical delivery across multiple projects, including effort estimation, code reviews, and mentoring development teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 812+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Power Platform: Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven & Power Pages), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop/RPA), Dataverse, Custom Connectors, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
• Architecture: Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture, Azure integration services, and Power Platform DevOps/ALM.
• Integration: Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services, SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse, and REST APIs.
• Leadership: Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and managing client-facing engagements.
