Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our offshore delivery team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Power Platform solutions across Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI.

You will build workflow automation, data models, and reporting while integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Jira, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps. A minimum of 5+ years in Power Platform development is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Power Platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, and Power BI.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power

Platform, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a

strong background designing, developing, and supporting enterprise business applications, workflow

automation, and reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency across Finance, PMO, Governance,

Compliance, and Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, and Power BI.
• Build workflow automation, business applications, and operational reporting solutions.
• Design and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
• Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Custom Connectors, and OAuth.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support enterprise Power Platform applications.
