Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Power Platform.
• Extensive experience in Power Automate workflow design and process automation.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling, relationships and security.
• Experience deploying Power Platform solutions and managing environments.
• Security roles, user permissions, and access controls management.
• ALM practices for Power Platform and governance awareness.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Azure services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable business apps using Power Apps (Canvas Apps).
• Build and optimize workflow automation with Power Automate.
• Model data in Dataverse and manage relationships and business rules.
• Govern Power Platform environments, deployments, and release management.
• Implement governance, security roles, permissions, and compliance controls.
• Develop and configure custom connectors; integrate with REST APIs, Azure, and external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues; ensure performance and reliability.
• Package solutions and manage configuration migrations and environments.
• Follow ALM best practices and maintain consistent solution architecture.

• 8+ Years of Overall IT Experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Extensive experience in Power Automate workflow design and process automation.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, security, and business rules.
• Strong experience with Power Platform Solution Deployment and Environment Management.
• Expertise in configuring and managing Security Roles, User Permissions, and Access Controls.
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for Power Platform.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure services, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps).

• Develop and configure custom connectors and integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems, REST APIs, Azure services, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, and integration issues while ensuring performance optimization and reliability.
• Perform solution packaging, deployment, configuration migration, and environment management activities.
• Follow best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM), version control, and solution architecture.
