Job summary

EXL is seeking an experienced Power Platform and Code Apps Lead in India to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Power Platform, Copilot, AI Builder, and modern frameworks.

The role requires guiding end-to-end delivery, mentoring teams, and ensuring scalable, secure solutions with integrations to Azure, Graph, REST APIs, and third-party systems. 7-10 years of experience with 3-5 years in Power Platform is expected.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience with 3-5 years in Microsoft Power Platform & Code Apps Development.
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Power Platform and Code Apps solutions.
• Develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and React-based Code Apps.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Implement AI-powered solutions using Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, GitHub Copilot, and Computer Use Agents.
• Drive integrations with Azure Services, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
• Establish CI/CD, ALM, governance, DLP, and security best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor teams, and ensure solution quality and performance.
