A major telecommunications firm is looking for a Technical Lead with expertise in Node.js to support business teams and drive development of APIs and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real-time communications, familiarity with cloud platforms, and a minimum of 6 years in software development, particularly in product development or software services. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience in product development/software services.
• 3+ years of Telecom Domain experience.
• Mandatory experience working with CPAAS Platforms.
• At least 3 years of Telecom Domain experience.
• BE/MCA with 6–10 years in software development.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Teams in understanding customer requirements.
• Design and develop APIs and web applications.
• Drive solutions to meet business requirements.
• Create technical specs including HLD/LLD, sequence diagrams, OEM platform requirements, and handover docs to Operations.
• Assist customer development team to integrate with Tata platform in sandbox.
• Provide L4 support for in-house applications.

Technical Lead – Node.Js & SIP

• Support to Business Teams – For understanding customer requirements
• Design & Development – For APIs, Web Applications, Integrations with third‑party providers for TTS, STT, Voice Bots, etc.
• Solutioning – Drive solutions to cater to business requirements
• Technical Specifications – HLD/LLD, Sequence Diagrams, Any Technical Requirements on OEM Platform, Handover Documents to Operations

Person Specifications

• Solid programming experience on Node.js
• Mandatory experience working with CPAAS Platforms (e.g., Twilio, Vonage, RingCentral, Restcomm, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud‑hosted real‑time communications applications
• At least 3 years of Telecom Domain experience
• BE/MCA with at least 6‑10 years of professional experience in software development

Skills

• At least 3 years+ experience on Node.js & Express.js
• At least 1 year+ experience working with UI frameworks like Angular/React.js
• At least 2 years+ experience working with CPAAS Platforms
• At least 3 years of experience in Unix or similar operating systems
