Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused, technically skilled Technical Lead to act as a trusted advisor for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of our solutions, serving as the primary point of contact for technical needs and relationship management.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing APIs and event-driven architecture.
• Work on POCs for clients using different tools, technologies, and cloud services.
• Designing and implementing different integration patterns.
• Consulting clients on different architectural decisions and solutions.
• Contributing to the team’s growth technically.
• Working in globally distributed teams, taking architecture and design guidelines from onshore and delivering work remotely and independently.
• Preparing technical architecture and solution design documents for projects.
• Independently supporting, debugging, and managing resolutions.
• Manage communication with various stakeholders (both business and technical).
• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements analysis and design to deployment and support.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong design, architecture, and programming experience in Java (client and server-side programming).
• Produce design artifacts such as design diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.
• Hands‑on experience with building APIs and Integration using XML, XSD, JMS, SOA, WSDL, SOAP, REST, and JSON.
• Knowledge or experience in API and integration security (OAuth, JWT, SSL, SAML, SSO, IDAM).
• Familiarity and experience with DevOps tooling (Maven, GitHub, Chef, Puppet).
• Hands‑on programming experience in Java or any other programming language.
• Good understanding of application and data integration concepts, including integration patterns (Data/Application Integration, Real‑time/Batch, Service Composition/Orchestration, EAI, ETL, ESB, APIs, API Gateway).
• Any API Gateway experience (WSO2, Apigee, Kong, Zuul).
• Strong communication (written and spoken) skills.

Preferred

• Experience/Certification with one of the Major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Knowledge or experience with SaaS applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday).
• Knowledge or experience in data (e.g., EDW) and big data technologies.
• Willingness to work in UK working hours.
• Any Integration or cloud integration tools certification (Dell Boomi, Snap Logic, MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica Cloud, TIBCO, JBOSS FUSE/CAMEL, WSo2).
