ZF Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Lead for .NET Core full stack development. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise applications, drive architecture decisions, and mentor teams across cloud, DevOps, and backend services.

The role emphasizes strong architectural guidance, adherence to design principles, and delivering high-quality software within an agile delivery model.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of .NET Core full stack development experience.
• Strong backend skills: C#, .NET Core, microservices, REST APIs, multithreading, event-driven architectures, design patterns and SOLID.
• Knowledge of databases and system design including OOA/OOD, DDD and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high‑performing enterprise applications.
• Define module architecture and integration strategies.
• Drive OO Analysis (OOA) and OO Design (OOD) practices.
• Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and design principles.
