Job summary

ZF Group in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Operations Tech Lead to build and own the operations technology stack including WMS, OMS and inventory management systems. You will lead integrations with ERP platforms and APIs, and design real-time tracking and automated replenishment across multiple warehouses and transit nodes.

You will develop order routing logic that matches orders to nearest inventory in real-time and drive efficiency across slotting, procurement and reverse logistics.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in operations technology, warehouse systems, supply chain analytics, or logistics tech ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing WMS (Manhattan, HighJump, Increff, or similar), OMS tool and TMS systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory management—safety dock, reorder points, demand forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the operations technology stack—WMS, OMS, inventory management, and fulfilment automation systems.
• Lead integrations with supplier, distributor, retailer ERP systems, inventory feeds and catalog APIs.
• Design and implement real-time inventory tracking and automated replenishment systems across supplier warehouses, dark stores and transit nodes.
• Develop automated order routing logic—matching buyer orders to the nearest available inventory in real-time.
• Improve automation and efficiency across operations—slotting, procurement, batch picking/dispatch efficiency, reverse logistics.
• Build operational dashboards and alerting systems for inventory health, fill rates, SLA tracking and exception management.
• Ensure ops-tech requirements are embedded in the core platform roadmap.

• Strong understanding of inventory management- safety dock, reorder points, demand forecasting
• Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and Logistics teams
• Experience with API integrations between operations platforms and supplier/ logistics systems
• Data driven mindset- strong in SQL; operations analytics
• Ability to write basic scripts or work closely with engineers to build custom tooling
