Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Salesforce FSL specialist to provide technical leadership for implementations and customizations, including integrations and AppExchange products. You will guide estimation, clarify requirements, and oversee development, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with clients and vendors to define and deliver Salesforce solutions, resolve product-related issues, and ensure successful project delivery throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce FSL implementations and customizations including systems integrations and AppExchange products.
• Ability to guide estimation of user stories and clarify ambiguity in requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, best practices for integration and application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
• Experience collaborating with clients and vendors to define, build, and deliver Salesforce solutions.

Job description

• Provide technical leadership and guidance for FSL implementations and/or customizations including systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom Lightning development
• Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) to junior developers
• Provide the necessary guidance to estimate user stories
• Clarify any ambiguity with the user story requirements and baseline the estimation
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and co-ordination for development, integration, data management, and application testing.
• Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions.
• Working with customers to analyze and resolve Salesforce and FSL product related issues/requirements
• Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment
• Design and develop solutions that best leverage the Salesforce FSL features to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and customer goals
• Participate in technical design discussions, develop technical solution documentation that is aligned with business objectives.
