Job summary

LTM in Pune requires a Salesforce Technical Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and core development to drive enterprise integrations. You will lead solution design, governance, and delivery while mentoring teams and upholding best practices.

The role involves building scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring security and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the full delivery lifecycle in an on-site Pune setting.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in Salesforce development and integration.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and core development.
• Experience leading solution design, governance and delivery for Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce FSL solution design and implementation.
• Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and review Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce and Flows.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Architects, BAs, POs, QA and DevOps.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across delivery lifecycle.
• Support Agile ceremonies, estimations, release planning and deployment.
