Job summary

V2 Solutions is hiring a seasoned Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. You will automate processes with Flow, develop custom UI components, and refine triggers and legacy automation for peak performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, strong integration skills (REST/SOAP), and certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder).

Qualifications

Salesforce Development & Customization Design and Deploy: Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL . Automation: Create robust business workflows and reusable components using Salesforce Flow and best-practice coding standards. Custom UI: Develop tailored UI components to streamline business operations and improve user experience. Platform Optimization & Architecture Refactoring: Optimize triggers and legacy automation to ensure high performance and scalability. Modernization: Consolidate outdated workflows into modern, Flow-based solutions while eliminating hardcoded references. Integrations & Cloud Expertise API Management: Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (ERP, Billing, Analytics). Process Support: Enhance Sales & Service Cloud capabilities, specifically focusing on lead-to-cash, order provisioning, and case management. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Technical Core: Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Apex, and Integration architecture. Specialized Knowledge: Strong experience with FSL Operational Requirements: Shift Timings: Must be comfortable with Rotational Night Shifts (starting at 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM IST) to ensure significant overlap with US time zones . Work Setup: Any BxA Office/Remote , requiring a strong ownership mindset and the ability to work independently.
