Job summary

Tata Technologies is seeking a skilled ASPICE Process Engineer to support ASPICE process implementation across system, software and hardware projects in our Bengaluru/India delivery center.

You will assist in process gap analysis, conduct work product reviews, and help with internal assessments, audits and customer or third‑party ASPICE assessments, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
• Familiarity with ASPICE v3.x processes and artifacts.
• Knowledge of SYS/SWE process groups and V-model lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support ASPICE process implementation across system, software, and hardware projects.
• Assist in process gap analysis and compliance checks against ASPICE requirements.
• Conduct work product reviews and ensure proper documentation.
• Support internal assessments and audits (SYS/SWE levels).

• Track process noncompliances and support closure actions.
• Maintain process documentation, templates, and checklists.

• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams for process adherence.

Required Skills Competencies

Technical / Process Skills

• Basic to good understanding of Automotive SPICE v3.x
• Knowledge of SYS, SWE process groups
• Familiarity with Vmodel development lifecycle
• Understanding of requirements, design, implementation, and testing artifacts
• Awareness of change management and configuration management

Tools

• Requirement tools (DOORS, Polarion basic exposure)
• Process and issue tracking tools (JIRA, Excel, Confluence)

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to OEM or Tier1 ASPICE projects
• Basic understanding of ISO 26262 or functional safety processes
• Certification or training in ASPICE Fundamentals (preferred)
